SHIPPING

We ship to our lovely customers in the UK with tracked and signed Royal Mail and our lovely worldwide customers with UPS or FedEx for a quick and trustworthy service. 

We offer free shipping to USA, UK, Canada, and Europe.

We offer free returns to our lovely customers, we offer a hassle free pre-paid returns, just contact us on shop@noknoklondon.com so we can organise everything for you.

For sale or promotional items we only offer store credit.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, and orders placed after 2pm GMT will be sent on the following business day.

For Made to Order products, please allow a 2 to 8 weeks period for door-to-door delivery.

EXCHANGES

Returns/Exchanges you have 28 days from the date of delivery to decide whether to keep your order or not.

You can return your item using any trackable courrier service.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused and in the original packaging. Our return policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since the day you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. 

Note: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale or promotional items, only store credit. 

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase will be needed together with pictures of the product to be return.

We recommend you sending your return/exchange back to us via a trackable method. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

In order to receive a refund:

The item must be sent back within 28 days of the delivery date.
The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
The item must be returned with tags and packaging. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If this is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within maximum 14 days. 

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.

LATE OR MISSING REFUND (if applicable)

If, after you double checked your bank account you have not received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card to spend within 6 months will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know about your return.
